These have the huge advantage that the client can make changes to their website content at will. This gives you enormous flexibility and allows you to save money if you need to make changes to your website in the future.
We mainly use WordPress as we believe this now has the most flexibility although we also have experience with other Open Source platforms like Joomla, Drupal, Typepad and others.
